2. Services

Truman's Care offers grooming, barbershop, spa, and wellness services including but not limited to: haircuts, beard styling, facial treatments, Hydrafacial, therapeutic massage, manicure, pedicure, and waxing. All services are subject to availability.

3. Appointments & Booking

• Appointments can be booked online through our third-party platform (Fresha) or by phone.
• We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot.
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes.
• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking applies.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.
• Inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
• We maintain a respectful and welcoming environment. Disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service.

7. Health & Safety

We uphold the highest hygiene standards. All barber chairs, workstations, and equipment are sanitized after every client. Our team follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure your comfort and well-being.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Truman's Care and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Truman's Care shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
